The Internet Store, henceforth called The Shop, operating at the address www.e-numizmatyka.pl, is run by a partnership Inwestycje Alternatywne PROFIT S.A. with an official location in Warsaw - signed into the National Courts Register - Entrepreneurs Register under the number  KRS: 0000306830  by the District Court of Warsaw, XX Economic Department. TIN: 522-010-10-71. National Economy Register number:012078518.

1. The Internet Shop sells goods by the means of the Internet.
   
2. Orders are accepted through:

3. By email at biuro@e-numizmatyka.pl or 
4. Personally at the Shop’s official office on 50 Wspolna Street, #1 in Warsaw.
   
3. Taking care for punctual realization of your orders, e-numizmatyka.pl reserve the right to deliver same products originated from other, reputable mint houses. Each meant house is a member of The London Bullion Market Association.
4. The order is accepted for completion once:
   1. The order is placed by the client - in case of orders paid for at the reception,
   2. The authorization is received - in case of orders paid for by credit card,
   3. The due payment comes into the shop's account - in case of orders paid for by bank transfer,
   4. The transaction is completed at the official seat of the shop.
5. In special cases the shop reserves the right to refuse to execute the order without any reason. In such cases the amount of money charged for the order is returned to the client within up to 7 days.
6. A limited number of goods is intended for promotional sale.
7. Every order is accompanied by receipt or VAT invoice - made out at the client's request. At the request of the person who places the order the shop makes out invoices on the basis of the receipt on condition that the receipt original is submitted within 7 days from the purchase date, however, not later than till the end of the month of the purchase.
8. The client can withdraw their order.
9. The prices are given in PLN, EUR or USD and include VAT, if it applies. The prices given at each good is binding once the client places the order. The shop reserves the right to change the prices of the goods in its offer, to introduce new goods to its offer, to conduct and cancel promotional actions on its websites or to make any other changes. Delivery cost shall be added to the value of the order.
10. Deadline for the reception of the order consists of the time of the order completion time and anticipated delivery time.
    
11. Parcels:
    1. Polish Mail - valuable parcel, delivery time up to 7 working after the day of sending,
    2. Courier parcel - delivery time: 2 working days,
    3. Personal collection at the company's official seat up to 7 working days,
    unless the given product bears information about different time of the order execution.
12. The customer can choose among the following methods of payment:
1. Cash
1. In the offices of the Shop.
2. Upon reception of the delivered item(s).
2. On-line credit card transaction.
   
3. Credit or debit card transaction in the offices of the Shop.
   
13. According to the act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and the liability for the damage caused by a dangerous product, the client may resign from the goods, servises bought at our shop without any reason within 10 days of receipt of the parcel, purchase of the service. It is possible only when the goods have not been damaged in any way.
14. Complaints are examined within 14 working days of their filing and during this time the client will be informed abort further complaints proceedings.
15. A return should be declared by means of e-mail to biuro@e-numizmatyka.pl or on the phone + 48 (22) 523 25 25. The shop guarantees the refund of the price equivalent. Returned goods shall be submitted together with the receipt or the invoice. The equivalent of the price will be returned immediately, not later than within 14 working days from the moment of the complaint examination. The refund takes place in the form of bank transfer into the account indicated by the client or by postal transfer to the address indicated in the order. The cost of sending back the goods by the client is not refundable.
16. Damaged goods will be exchanged for other, irreproachable ones. Should the exchange be impossible, the shop shall give the purchaser will be refunded their original purchase price or will be offered other goods available at the shop to choose from.
17. Sending back of cash on delivery parcels is not accepted.
18. Disputes resulting from the sale contact will be examined by the court competent for the residence of the defendant or for the place of the contract execution.
